Matthew Hamlin

Matthew Hamlin is a lawyer in our dispute resolution practice.

Matthew is a litigator with experience acting for both individuals and private companies in a broad range of matters including complex commercial disputes, matters involving breaches of director's duties, shareholders disputes, contractual disputes, fraud and negligence.

Matthew also acts for individual clients in connection with both non-contentious and contentious estate and succession law matters. He has run family provision cases of all degrees of complexity; will rectification proceedings and testamentary capacity proceedings in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.
