Director & Principal Lawyer
Justeen Dormer
Justeen has over 21 years of experience representing corporate and individual clients in the manufacturing, professional services, retail, information technology, insurance, and entertainment industries.
In 2008, following several years working for Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson) in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, Justeen established her own boutique commercial law firm associated with Kreston Dormers Accountants and Business Advisers to form a full-service professional advisory firm. In addition to providing legal services to clients, she was involved in the day to day management of Kreston Dormers, including financial management, marketing and strategic planning. She has since broken away from Kreston Dormers to focus on commercial litigation.

Justeen has a wealth of expertise in corporate and commercial law and advises clients in the corporate, professional services, financial and manufacturing sectors. Justeen acts for clients in relation to a wide range of legal and business issues including taxation, business structures and asset protection, corporate governance, contractual disputes, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring, and contractual negotiations. She also represents clients at mediations, arbitrations and in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts.
Recently, Justeen has represented a number of high-net worth individuals and companies in disputes with the ATO as a part of Project Wickenby and Operation Rubix.
